Fair Group achieves ISO 27001 certification
9 June 2026
Fair Group has achieved ISO 27001 certification, demonstrating that the company has met the requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS). This certification confirms that Fair has implemented the necessary measures to protect sensitive information against unauthorized access and alteration. It covers digital information, paper documents, and the valuable knowledge and expertise of its employees.

ISO/IEC 27001 is the international standard for information security management systems. It helps organizations protect sensitive information, build trust with customers and partners, and comply with regulatory requirements such as the GDPR.
“In an increasingly digitalized world, cybersecurity is absolutely essential – especially for us as a provider of invoice distribution and debt collection services, since we handle large volumes of personal information and financial data every single day. This can make us a target for cyberattacks. That is why we have implemented a robust cybersecurity strategy to protect the information we process and maintain the trust of our customers and business partners,” says Marius Gylseth, Managing Director of Fair Distribution.
By becoming ISO 27001 certified, Fair has committed to annual audits conducted by experienced and independent auditors. These audits are designed to assess, challenge, and continuously improve the company’s information security management system.
This ongoing process ensures that Fair’s security measures remain effective, relevant, and aligned with an ever-changing threat landscape. It also provides the company with the tools needed to identify and manage security threats and vulnerabilities proactively.
