5 March 2026

Fair Collection has once again been recognized by the Financial Times as one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies – marking the third consecutive year the company has earned this distinction, after also appearing on the prestigious list in 2024 and 2025.

With a total growth rate of 313.1% and a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 60.5% between 2021 and 2024, Fair Collection ranked 298th on the FT1000 – Europe’s Fastest-Growing Companies 2026 list. Among Norwegian companies, Fair ranked 6th, and within the Fintech, Financial Services & Insurance category, it placed 33rd.

For the tenth consecutive year, the Financial Times, in collaboration with research company Statista, has published the FT1000 – Europe’s Fastest-Growing Companies ranking. The list highlights the 1,000 European companies that achieved the strongest revenue growth between 2021 and 2024. It is published both online and in the print edition of the Financial Times, with companies from more than 30 European countries eligible for inclusion.

Founded in 2018, Fair Collection set out to transform the debt collection industry. Today, it is Norway’s third-largest debt collection company by volume. Since its inception, the company has challenged traditional industry practices by introducing a more transparent, ethical, and customer-focused approach to debt collection.

Fair Collection has developed innovative methods that emphasize:

  • Transparent communication

  • Ethical debt collection practices

  • Solutions that benefit both creditors and debtors

This fairer approach has led to higher resolution rates and stronger relationships between creditors and customers, demonstrating that sustainable business growth can go hand in hand with responsible financial practices.
