Fair renews partnership with Amnesty International Norway for three more years
11 December 2025
Fair Group has renewed its partnership with Amnesty International Norway for an additional three years, reaffirming its long-term commitment to promoting human rights, diversity, inclusion, and equality in the workplace and beyond. The renewed agreement builds on a successful collaboration that began in 2025, when Fair became one of Amnesty’s official Rainbow Ambassadors.
The partnership focuses on creating a workplace where everyone feels safe, respected, and able to be themselves, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or background. Through the collaboration, Fair will continue to:
Strengthen internal knowledge and awareness of diversity and inclusion.
Support Amnesty’s human rights initiatives and campaigns.
Participate in Pride activities and other awareness campaigns.
Promote an inclusive workplace culture throughout the year – not only during Pride Month.

Christian Aandalen, CEO of Fair Group, emphasized that the partnership is an extension of the company’s values:
“We want to contribute actively – not only through financial support, but by continuously improving our own organization and taking a clear stand for equality, openness, and inclusion. Fair should be a workplace where everyone feels safe, seen, and valued.”
Amnesty International Norway welcomed the renewal, highlighting the importance of long-term corporate partnerships in advancing equal rights.
“The renewed agreement demonstrates that businesses can play an important role in the fight for equal rights. As an official Rainbow Ambassador, Fair will continue contributing to safety, diversity, and inclusion through internal training, visible public support, and participation in our campaigns.”
Building a More Inclusive Workplace
As part of the renewed partnership, Fair will continue working closely with Amnesty to:
Provide education and training for employees and managers on diversity and human rights.
Develop internal initiatives that strengthen inclusion and psychological safety.
Support Amnesty’s advocacy for LGBTQ+ rights in Norway and internationally.
Encourage employees to become active allies for equality and human rights.
A Long-Term Commitment
Rather than treating diversity and inclusion as a one-time initiative, Fair views the renewed partnership as part of its broader corporate responsibility strategy. By extending the agreement for another three years, the company aims to ensure that inclusion remains embedded in its culture, leadership, and everyday operations.
The renewal reflects Fair’s belief that businesses have an important role to play in creating a fairer and more inclusive society – both within their own organizations and in the communities they serve.
