Maria Solberg has joined Fair as the new Head of Invoice and Accounts Receivable Services. She brings extensive experience in leadership, systems development, and accounts receivable management, and will play a key role in strengthening and modernizing Fair’s invoice services.

In her new role, Maria will be responsible for:

• Invoice services

• Accounts receivable (AR) management

• Customer dialogue on behalf of Fair’s clients

She will also lead the continued development of onboarding processes, service quality, and collaboration between invoice services, debt collection, and sales teams.

Maria joins Fair with valuable experience from The Walt Disney Company, NETS, and Randstad Norway, where she led major efficiency improvement and system migration projects. Throughout her career, she has developed deep expertise in:

• Modern financial systems

• Business process automation

• System integrations

• Process optimization

• Accounts receivable operations

Her background will be instrumental as Fair continues to develop scalable, future-ready financial services.

Although she was not actively looking for a new position, Fair’s ambitions attracted her.

Maria describes her leadership style as confident, direct, approachable, and attentive. She believes successful leadership comes from working closely with the team and remaining accessible.

“Customer service employees are often the ones facing the greatest pressure. It’s important to me that they enjoy coming to work. I want to make their everyday work even better by understanding what motivates them and what they need to thrive.”

She has already been impressed by the invoice services team, describing them as supportive, service-minded, and collaborative.

“I want to help preserve that culture, and to do that I need to stay close to the team and understand what’s happening in their day-to-day work.”
